Common questions
How much does Cadence cost?
A one-time $100 setup fee per line, then $50 per line per month, which includes 500 minutes. A $100/month Pro plan is coming with 1,000 minutes included. Other details are coming soon.
How do I get started?
Create an account and fill out the intake form yourself, whenever it suits you. We handle the technical setup for you from there.
Will callers know they're talking to an AI?
Yes, if they ask. Your receptionist never pretends to be human. When asked directly, it says it's an AI.
Are calls recorded?
Yes. Every call opens by letting callers know it's recorded, right in the first line.
Can it book appointments?
Yes, if you turn it on in your account. It can book, reschedule and cancel appointments in your built-in Cadence calendar, using your business hours. Google Calendar and Microsoft 365 connections are coming soon. With booking off, it takes the caller's details and arranges a callback.
Will I know what happened on my calls?
Yes. After each call, we email you a summary: who called, what they asked about, the outcome and any follow-up needed. You can also see your calls and minutes used in your account.
What can I customize?
In your account you can set your business info, services and prices, FAQs, greeting, hours, holidays and after-hours handling, when calls transfer to you, spam filtering and blocked numbers, and English or Spanish. You can also download your calls as a spreadsheet or send each call summary to Zapier, Make or your CRM.
